Christmas is almost upon us and while it’s a wonderful time for all of us and our pets, due to the impacts of COVID-19 on mail delivery on top of the usual public holidays and our desire to give as many of our wonderful vets, vet nurses, pharmacists and pharmacy assistants, and other staff a well-earned break and time with their families, and to allow our pharmacy team to give priority to human medication, our service will be restricted over the Christmas/new year period** and so it's important that you order any necessary pet medicines as soon as possible.
If you wish your order to arrive before Christmas Day, we must have your order AND your original script before the following cut off dates:
Standard Delivery - Thursday 10 December 2020*
Express (Cold Items) Delivery - Monday 14 December 2020*
Express (Not Cold) Delivery - Thursday 17 December 2020*

*Please note the above dates are based on information provided by Australia Post. Australia Post may suffer unexpected deliveries or there may be an issue with your script or order, or there may be other reasons outside our control causing delays so we do not guarantee that you will receive your order before Christmas even if you meet those cut off dates.
**We will not be shipping any orders and there will only be limited customer service available between Wednesday 23 December 2020 until Monday 4 January 2021. You can still order online and send us your scripts during that period, but orders will not be processed until the week starting 4 Jan.
